What Are You Eating?

What are you eating on a daily basis? It doesn’t seem like a difficult question, but most people don’t pay attention. Think about it can you honestly answer everything that you ate yesterday? Luckily, like the commercial says, there is an app for that. There are actually a ton of them, some cost money, but the one that I am currently using is called MyFitnessPal and it is awesome.

MyFitnessPal makes it simple to track your food, exercise, and water for the day, week and month. It also charts your progress in weight and inches, while breaking down your nutrition for the day, giving you updates on how well you are doing. Another great feature is that you can see what your friends are doing and keep accountability on each other.

It’s actually quite amazing to see what really goes into a day of eating.
