They say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and a healthy breakfast is even better. Many people use the excuse that they don’t have time for breakfast, I say bupkis. This meal took all of 15 minutes to prepare, cook, eat and clean up. I am by no means a chef, this is just simple scrambled eggs, a frozen waffle and some fruit, sprinkled with a bit of cinnamon sugar.
This breakfast consists of the following:
2 Egg whites – 47 cals.
1 Egg – 76 cals.
1 Eggo NutriGrain Whole Wheat Waffle – 90 cals.
Handfull Strawberries & Blueberries – 38cals
Total Breakfast Calories – 251
So tomorrow morning give yourself 15 minutes and have something great to eat.
